For this project, HDM Energies collaborated with DES Renewable Energy, who expertly installed a 110kW solar PV system capable of generating approximately 80,000kWh of clean energy annually.
The equipment and hardware were sourced via HDM Solar Wholesale from leading manufacturers, including SolaX Power, Mounting Systems GmbH, and Astronergy Solar.
The tenant will now benefit from an impressive 55% reduction in electricity costs compared to their previous grid supplier, with rates fixed for the entire 12-year contract duration.
For the landlord, the system ensures compliance with incoming EPC rating improvement obligations - a critical step in preserving the property’s value and marketability - without requiring any capital investment.
