HDM Energies is proud to announce an exciting partnership with Uxbridge Town Football Club, delivering a fully funded solar and battery solution that will drive significant cost savings, reduce emissions and create new revenue opportunities for this community club.
In collaboration with Troo, a national energy consultancy, HDM Energies will install a 36.27kWp solar panel system on the clubhouse roof. This will be paired with a 69kW solar battery to maximise energy efficiency and self-sufficiency. Additionally, two fully funded EV chargers will be installed, leveraging the club’s consistently busy car park to generate a valuable revenue stream.
Mark Bantock, Chairman of Uxbridge Town FC, commented:
“Working with strategic partners like Troo and HDM Energies will help secure and improve the future of our fantastic club. Based right in the heart of the community, it is important that we, the custodians of Uxbridge Town FC, not only safeguard the future of the club but also set an example by embracing this fully funded renewable energy scheme.”
Daniel Roberts, CEO of HDM Energies, added:
“The work we are doing at Uxbridge is a great example of what can be achieved when organisations work together to save money and the environment. Uxbridge Town FC is a forward-thinking club that combines the best aspects of respect for tradition and planning for a long, successful and prosperous future. We are delighted to be working with them to help secure this future.”
Through HDM Energies’ Energy for All scheme, these installations are provided at no upfront cost via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
